我厂为中国焊接协会第三、四届理事单位，1971年就正式生产CO2焊枪及其它配件，经铁道部鉴定后，专门供应全国铁道部各机车的车辆厂，1985年长春第一汽车制造厂也定点在我厂订货，均受到好评。近年来又生产配套于国内外各种型号的CO2焊枪和配件，1991年经国家电焊机质量监督检验中心测试，通过型式试验考核均满足"ZBJ640-89"专业标准，我厂生产的200型--500型焊枪均被评为第九届中国焊接博览会推荐产品，在第十届中国焊接博览会荣获“200型焊枪唯一银奖”和“推动行业技术进步奖”，1997年通过中国焊协组织的“国产CO2焊枪生产考核”其中焊枪最关键性能气密性，在测试中唯我厂的焊枪完全不漏气，荣获最佳，经专家评审，我厂产品符合GB/T19000-19004标准，被列为全国广大用户推荐的优质产品，2000年在天津举办的中国第十四届焊接博览会上，经焊接专家、教授评审为中国电焊机、辅机具行业前50名并颁发证书和铜匾，并通过ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证。我厂还生产JJL-25/2.5，36V110V加热减压流量计，松下铝合金走丝架总成，国内外各类送丝轮等配件，质量都属国内一流。
我厂竭诚为振兴和发展我国的焊接行业作出贡献，以最佳的服务态度奉献广大用户。

Our plant is a third director unit of China
Welding Association. In 1971 it formally manufactures CO2 welding
torch and other accessories. Through appraisal from Railway Dept.
it specially supplies goods for National Railroad Dept. various rolling
stock plants. Since 1985 Changchun First Automobile Manufactory has
also designatively placed orders to this factory and highly appreciates
our products. In recent years it again produces CO2 welding torch
and its accessories which form a complete set for various models both
at home and abroad. In 1991 it had gone through testing by National
Electric Welder Quality Supervision & Inspection Center; through pattern
testing exam, all the products satisfy " ZBJ640-89" professional standard.
This works manufactured 200 Model-500 Model soldering gun have been
appraised as " China Nineth Welding Fair it has won "the only silver
prize for 200 Model blowtorch" and "trade technical progress
propellent prize". In 1997 it passed through welding gun's most key
point---air tightness test in " domestic-made CO2, welding torch production
examination" organized by China Welding Associaton. During test, only
our factory's blowtorch is completely of non-gas leakage. It is the
finest soldering gun. This is the very product made by our factory.
Through experts' examination, our products conform with GB/T19000-19004
standard. They have been listd as China vast consumers' recommended
outstanding quality goods. In 2000s' Tianjin-sponsored China Fourteenth
Welding Fair, it has been appraised by soldering specialists and professors
as "among first fifty good China electric welder and auxiliary machine
& tool industries". It has also been issued a glory certificate and
copper board，and passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system authentication
.Our works also produces JJL-25/2.5, 36V, 110V heating reduced voltage
volume meter. Panasonic aluminium alloy wire traveling frame assembly,
various domestic & overseas wire feed wheel etc fittings. The quality
belongs to domestic first-class.
Our plant is wholeheartedly willing to pay
contribution for vitalization & development of China's welding industry.
